Cutting carcass
Cut, bone, trim, shape, lace, tie, skewer, cure, smoke, tenderize, marinade & grind meats such as beef, pork, poultry, bison and lamb
Assist butchers with daily production tasks
Cut for retail meat case
Preparing Smokehouse products
Cleaning dishes, knives, tools etc
End of day cleanup: Spraying and Sanitizing cutting room
Requirements
Meat Cutting: 1 year (preferred)
