Requirements:
Excellent planning, organization, interpersonal and customer service skills
Proactive and process-oriented working style, with attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, meet pressing deadlines and anticipate client needs
Duties:
Greet visitors and answer the phones in a professional and friendly manner
Support day to day operations by performing administrating tasks and assist the management team as required
Organize and coordinate schedules and logistics through calendars, meetings and emails
Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files
Prepare contracts and other forms and distribute documents for signature
Update social media channels
Other duties as required

Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
